As you saw in the beginning, you are going to need caramel sauce and vanilla syrup. So equal parts of each. And then just shake it up. That's how you make the Blondie sauce for the container I used an old Torani bottle. I think it was like white chocolate. And that's how you make the Blondie sauce. For the drink, I am using a 24 ounce cup. So I did 4 tablespoons of the Blondie sauce. I do like my drinks on the sweeter side. You can always do two or three hits up to you. I melted that down with a double shot of espresso. I did brew my shot and my custom brew Maranza. Blondies are Breve. Breve means half and half. So I did use half and half. If you don't want to use half and half, you can just make a latte and use the dairy over your choice. It's a 24 ounce cup. So I did 1 cup or 8 ounces of the half and half. Here I'm making my toasted marshmallow cold foam. I did 2 ounces heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of toasted marshmallow from Monin. Or maybe it's Torani. I don't remember, but it's not homemade. Next I'm going to drizzle my cup with caramel drizzle. I love me some caramel drizzle, please always. And then topping it off with lots of ice. And then you're just going to pour the cold foam right on top. If you think I'm going to drizzle the top with caramel drizzle, you are correct. Love me some caramel drizzle.
