I've had the biggest obsession with shaken espressos recently and with reason because they are so delicious. Today we're making a brown sugar salted vanilla shaken espresso. To make this, I'm starting off by adding about half a tablespoon of brown sugar to my cup. Next, I'm going in with about half a tablespoon of this salted vanilla syrup. If you don't have this, you can use some salt and your vanilla flavoring of choice. You can use vanilla bean paste, vanilla extract or any vanilla syrup. Now here is always I'm brewing two shots of espresso directly over everything. And here I'm just frothing the espresso and all together to make sure it's fully combined. Next, I'm adding in a little bit of ice to the cup. And I'm popping on a lid and giving everything a shake. This frothy espresso right here is the reason why I love shaken espressos so much. Anyway, here I'm just adding some extra ice to the cup. And then I'm adding in about 4 ounces of oat milk. But as always, you can use any milk you would like. This combination was so delicious. So if you're looking for a new shaken espresso recipe, I give this one a 10 out of 10. Recommend giving this one a try.
