Starbucks sister released a pumpkin cream shaken espresso, except it's just a regular brown sugar shaken espresso topped off with pumpkin cream cold foam. So today we're gonna make one at home. To make this, you're gonna start off by adding half a tablespoon of brown sugar to your cup. Next, you're gonna add in a tiny pinch of salt and a dash of cinnamon. Next, you're gonna brew two shots of espresso directly over everything. And you're gonna mix that all together. Next, you're gonna add in a little bit of ice. Pop on a lid and give everything a shake. Now to the shaken espresso, you're gonna add in more ice. And then you're gonna add in three tablespoons of heavy cream, two tablespoons of milk, and one tablespoon of pumpkin pie sauce. This is optional, but I also added in a tiny splash of vanilla syrup. And you're gonna froth that all together until it's nice and thick. Now to the shaken espresso, you're gonna add in more ice. And then you're gonna add in a tiny splash of milk. And then you're gonna top the drink off with the pumpkin cream cold foam. The default recipe uses oat milk, but you can of course use any milk. And then some pumpkin spice seasoning. I'm obsessed with how this came out and it was so delicious and easy to make at home. 10 out of 10 recommend giving this recipe a try.
