I think it's time. Let's review my oven safe platters. All of these platters are oven safe. They are oven to table, chip resistant, stain resistant. And they are dishwasher safe. I mean, what can't they do? I have so many of these platters. And my most common question is, your favorites? What should I get first? And what are the like essentials? So my number one favorite platter and most used platter out of them all are these two. I have both gold and silver. This one is like the perfect size. Deep, but not too deep, but not too much. And I do pretty much everything in here. You're like, which one do I get first? It's these. This one. You could do a whole chicken in this too. It is smaller in size, not by much, but it is not as deep. So I'd say that this is my second most used platter. So when it comes to flat platters, I love these two the most. This one is from the Gold Salerno collection. It is white with like a gold beaded trim. I like to make fish in these. I like to put my schnitzel in this, then put this in the oven until I'm ready to serve, keep it nice and crispy. A common question is, do the white ones get black? Like, is it staining? No, it does not stain. It is perfect. They clean beautifully. I've used this 100 times. It cleans to perfection. And you can also stick them in the dishwasher. These two are my favorite for sure. I love these two pieces. This is the medium footed bowl. I think it is so pretty. Yes, this goes in the oven. So here's the small version. How cute! So lastly from the Mascali collection, I love this one. I do cauliflower in here. I do asparagus in here. It is such a good size. It's not too big, it's not too small. Okay, now, this is the infamous bowl. I do all of my meat in here. This is usually what I use this for. I would say that it's not as practical in terms of its size, but if you're a person who hosts a lot like me and large groups of people, this is going to be your best friend. It's just a stunning piece on your table. So we did bowls and platters, but we didn't do baking dishes. I'm going to say that my favorite the Golden Handle and the LeBlanc collection. It has this like ridged design on the edges. And I have pretty much everything in this collection. And if you're not a gold person, something plain, white and simple, but still with a gorgeous design. The LeBlanc collection is so nice. It has this like ridged design on the edges. And I have pretty much everything in this collection. So that was a lot more platters than I expected to review. If you're going to pick one or two to start off your collection, I would start to start with one of these. And one of these. If you're a big hoster, get yourself one of these. So if you've been here from the beginning, you know that this is my favorite brand and my most used item in my kitchen. And if you have them, know that they're incredible. And if you don't, get on it.
