✨ Calling all my Gilmore Girls and fall lovers… this one is for you. ☕🍂 I finally made my way to Lifted Coffee in Fontana to try their limited-time Gilmore Girls inspired menu, and it completely lived up to the hype. I ordered the Luke’s Pumpkin Pancakes and the Rory, and I honestly loved them both. 🤎 🥞 Luke’s Pumpkin Pancakes was topped with cinnamon maple foam and mini pancakes, making it just as adorable as it was delicious. The pumpkin flavor was perfectly balanced—not overpowering—and every sip tasted like fall in a cup. 🔥 The Rory featured toasted marshmallow syrup with marshmallow foam and a perfectly toasted marshmallow on top. It was creamy, cozy, and gave all the campfire fall vibes. The attention to detail was incredible—from the drink names and toppings to the presentation itself. You can tell so much love and creativity went into creating this menu. But what made the experience even better was the owner. She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet, making the visit feel just as special as the drinks themselves. If you’re a Gilmore Girls fan, a fall girl, or simply someone who loves discovering unique coffee shops, I definitely recommend adding Lifted Coffee to your list.
