my halloween baking obsession continues… 🤭 these nutella graveyard cookies are such a fun way to make Halloween even sweeter. Easy Nutella stuffed graveyard cookie recipe:🧸🪦🍪 Makes: 8 large cookies Ingredients Chocolate Chip Dough * ½ cup softened butter * ½ cup brown sugar * ¼ cup sugar * 1 egg * 2 tsp vanilla * 1¾ cups flour * 1 tbsp cornstarch * ½ tsp baking soda * ½ tsp baking powder * ½ tsp salt * ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Brownie Dough * ½ cup softened butter * ½ cup brown sugar * ¼ cup sugar * 1 egg * 1 tsp vanilla * ¾ cup cocoa powder * 1¼ cups flour * 1 tbsp cornstarch * ½ tsp baking soda * ¼ tsp baking powder * ½ tsp salt * ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips * ¼ cup chopped cookies & cream chocolate Filling + Toppings * ¾ cup Nutella, frozen into 8 scoops * Extra chocolate chips * Teddy Grahams * Cookies & cream chocolate pieces * Bone sprinkles Instructions 1. Freeze Nutella: Scoop Nutella into 8 small portions and freeze for 45–60 minutes. 2. Make both doughs: For each dough, cream butter and sugars. Mix in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate. 3. Chill dough: Refrigerate both doughs for 30–45 minutes. 4. Fill cookies: Take about 2 tbsp of chocolate chip dough and 2 tbsp of brownie dough. Flatten slightly, add frozen Nutella in the middle, and wrap dough around it. Twist together for a marble look and roll into a ball. 5. Decorate: Add chocolate chips, Teddy Grahams, cookies & cream pieces, and bone sprinkles. 6. Chill again: Freeze assembled cookies for 30 minutes. 7. Bake:Bake at 350°F for 14–17 minutes until edges are set and centers are still slightly soft. 8. Cool: Let sit on the baking sheet for 15 minutes before eating.
