these coraline cheesecake cookies turned out even better than i pictured 🤭💙💜 Easy Coraline Cheesecake Cookie Recipe: Cheesecake filling: 6 oz cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar ¼ cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla black food coloring Mix until smooth, scoop into small balls, and freeze until firm. Blue + purple dough: ½ cup butter ½ cup sugar ½ cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 tbsp vanilla blue + purple food coloring 1¾ cups flour 1 tbsp cornstarch ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt mini chocolate chips Make the dough separately for each color. Swirl blue + purple dough together, flatten, add a frozen cheesecake ball, and wrap the dough around it. Roll into a ball and chill for 15–20 minutes.
