I'm in Italy right now and I keep seeing these napkins on every table and I saw a video about this because they like don't feel like napkins and I was using them as like to spill on the table and to like blow my nose. You're not supposed to do that. Apparently, the reason they're plasticky like this is because they're supposed to use them to take your pastry and eat your pastry without crumbs. They're not actually napkins. More you know. That's what I learned. I'm seeing it for the first time. Yes. If you're Italian, let me know.
