I never had chochoyotes growing up, but the first time I tried them I was hooked. They’re small corn masa dumplings with a thumbprint pressed in the center that cook right in the broth. Soft, pillowy, and full of that warm nutty corn flavor from masa harina that we all know and love. I made them in a veggie soup here, but honestly they go in any brothy soup you’re already making. Just drop them in during the last 15 minutes, and that’s it. I’m using @masienda here, but your favorite masa harina
