In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. 2. Add the cube steaks and marinate for about 1 hour. 3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, a little cornstarch, and additional seasonings. 4. Remove the steaks from the marinade and dredge them in the flour mixture. 5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the steaks until golden brown and crispy on both sides. 6. Transfer to a wire rack while you prepare the sides. Mashed Potatoes Ingredients: * 10 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks * Water * Chicken bouillon seasoning * 4 garlic cloves, minced * 4 tablespoons butter * Heavy cream * Salt & pepper Instructions: 1. Add the potatoes to a large pot and cover with water. 2. Season the water with chicken bouillon and bring to a boil. 3. Cook until the potatoes are fork-tender. 4. Drain and return the potatoes to the pot with the heat turned off. 5. Add the minced garlic, butter, a splash of heavy cream, and a little more chicken bouillon seasoning. 6. Mash the potatoes, then use an electric hand mixer for an extra creamy texture. 7. Add more cream as needed and season with salt and pepper to taste. White Gravy Ingredients: * 2 tablespoons butter * Heavy cream * Black pepper * Onion powder * Garlic powder * Worcestershire sauce * 1 tablespoon cornstarch * 1 tablespoon water Instructions: 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and whisk in the heavy cream. 2. Add black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. 3.
