A reminder of how BAD Shedeur's Rookie season was.... for the girls 💅 let the record reflect that Shedeur Sanders had the rookie season from hell in the NFL like I wouldn't wish this minus the money on my worst enemy it all started at the NFL combine where an NFL executive called Shedeur the worst interview of his life an AFC executive said that he makes you feel small they were calling him brash and arrogant but everyone knows he's talented right he's projected to go no 3 or no 21 in the draft and he falls all the way to the fifth round but after round 1 of the draft where he goes undrafted and we're all like at home gagged his entire embarrassing draft saga is being live streamed on Twitch or some shit and he gets a call finally from the New Orleans Saints GM and it's just a prank call from a kid telling him he's just gonna have to wait a little longer and it turns out it was the Falcons defensive coordinator's son then finally he gets drafted in round 5 at the 144th pick after the Browns trade up to get him mind you the Browns do not sound happy that they drafted him I'm pretty sure it was the GM that was like that wasn't my decision within 24 hours he has the highest selling jersey on Fanatics of all the people drafted mind you he didn't even have a number assigned yet now the quarterback room in Cleveland is a mess the unofficial depth chart which is basically just their ranking of which quarterback is the best lists Shedeur as fourth which is last place he starts in a preseason game gets the best ratings of a preseason game in a decade then he gets hurt and Dillon Gabriel gets to play and he throws shade in an interview talking about there's entertainers and there's competitors and I'm a competitor Joe Flacco goes to the Bengals when Joe Burrow gets hurt okay he's out of there and then Dillon Gabriel gets hurt so they're literally forced they're down to their last option and have to play Shedeur but unfortunately this was his first time ever playing with the starting lineup showing that they've never intended on starting him so obviously he looks bad because he's never practiced with these people he starts for the first time and wins the game he's the first Browns quarterback to win his debut game the media is constantly asking him questions trying to pit him against his coach because it's obvious that his coach doesn't like him like even when he's forced to start Shedeur he will not call Shedeur the starting quarterback they lose his home debut and then Dillon Gabriel's fiance makes a shady TikTok basically saying that the Browns never wanted to start Shedeur like they always wanted to start Dillon Gabriel and everyone's rooting for him so then Shedeur and Dillon are forced to answer questions about the pillow talk that Dillon has been giving his girl at home then he finally has his breakout game his best game and in the moment where they could go out there and win the game he takes out his quarterback and they lose it then the next week they give him the wrong wristband with the wrong plays so he's out there looking confused so he has to be polite in the media again and the coach gonna say I guess the wristband got something on it that didn't happen and now Deshaun Watson is healthy and he's fighting for the quarterback job with Deshaun Watson
