The Carousel

I got a lot of questions in my DMs and my comments yesterday about this inkwell that I posted. It's the Carousel Inkwell from Ferris Wheel Press. There are a couple different ways you can use it. It comes with this really cute lid that looks like a carousel and then this glass where you of course place your ink. Box shows you the different types of ways to use this. The main way, of course, to put the lid on the tabletop, the glass container on top and then you ink, spin the ink, which is really handy if you have a shimmery ink and you don't want it to settle as you're writing. To further demonstrate, I'm still taking some of Silent Stillwater ink, putting some in the glass. Get other way you use it is to use around the edge to tilt it to allow you to easily dip into it for journaling. Because if I don't have a fountain pen for new ink or if I'm just wanting to use this and not worry about the entire ink bottle spilling all over my desk, I can just place them in the inkwell. Use my dip pen journal. And then of course you can store some ink in here and just leave it with the lid on. And then put any of the remainder into the bottle.
