In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated. 2. Let the chicken cool for 5 minutes, then fold in the mozzarella and cheddar cheese. 3. Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape. Add about ¼ cup of the buffalo chicken filling to the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in both sides, roll tightly, and seal the final edge with the beaten egg. 4. Heat oil to 350°F.
