3 aftercare tips for men

Once you've done the nasty with a girl, you've only completed 50% of the mission and the other 50% comes in the form of aftercare, which a lot of guys don't know how to do. So I'm gonna break it down for you. There's only three really simple steps: the cleanup, the cravings, and the comfort. Starting off with number one, the cleanup. Once you've done the deed, make sure you get a towel, help her clean up, offer her the bathroom, make sure she goes pee so she avoids a UTI. And then get her comfortable, right? You know, offer her some big baggy clothes, she wants to feel like a little princess. Shirt, pants, sweatpants, whatever it is, give it to her. Ideally make it smell like yourself and a nice cologne. Step number two, the cravings. You guys just expended a lot of energy together. She might be hungry, she might be thirsty. That's why I carry a mini fridge right here. Got water bottles, some diet Cokes, some Capri Suns if she likes that. And then get her some snacks. Ideally I found women like cheese snacks, so like Cheez-Its and Goldfish are always a fan favorite. But if she's hungry, whip something up, maybe order an Uber Eats. Morning, whip it up. Make her breakfast, make her bacon and eggs and cheese, whatever she likes. Which is, most important, which is comfort. Once you've done the deed, you do not just put your pants back on and run away and make her feel like shit. You hang out for a second. You go back in the bed, you comfort her, maybe put her head on your chest, play with her hair, rub her head, my personal favorite is, like, the little scratchy, sensual like arm movements. It's a big fan favorite. Everybody loves it. Talk to her, vibe with her. If you don't really like her that much, then just post no clarity, whatever, hang in there, maybe throw on some music for you, and just vibe for a second.
