Hook

You don't move in when you get the keys, you move in once the deep clean is done. Moving into a new apartment without doing a proper deep clean is criminal behavior. Like you deserve to be locked up if you think someone else is going to clean your place and your space better than you can. Well, technically a professional cleaning crew can, but I don't want to spend the money to do that when I could do it myself. Call me dramatic, but you really never know what weird shit people are doing within their own homes and how dirty they are. So before I bring all my things in here, I'm going to rub and scrub and disinfect every surface within this unit. This building is only about a year old, so I'm not even sure if another person lived here before me, but either way, I feel much better knowing that I did a deep clean before moving in. I've also never had a place this big all to myself, so I definitely need to keep up with the cleaning so it doesn't get out of hand. So I need some smart tech recommendations. Is it Roomba? Is it Dyson? Let me know. And of course, having a clean place is top priority, but another top priority is having a place that smells amazing. So I'm curious if I can just get by with candles, if I need a diffuser, or if I need to buy a really expensive Aroma 360. I don't have the answer just yet, but I'll keep you guys posted on what I decide to do. All right, so now that my apartment is spotless and my floors are lickable, it is finally time to start moving things in and I'm so excited to bring you guys along with me as I move into my new apartment and experience living alone for the very first time ever.
