Blank Street Coffee opens August 11 at 13273 Ventura Blvd. The construction walls are down, the space is basically finished, and the team is already in there training staff. This is really happening. For anyone who's been living under a rock, Blank Street is the NYC coffee and matcha brand that took over TikTok (yes, the blueberry matcha people).
