What if instead of buying tomato plants I get a burger and order extra tomatoes on it?

I Grew Tomato Slices From McDonald’s I wanted to know what would happen if I took free tomato slices from a McDonald’s hamburger and tried growing them into real tomato plants. I wanted to test a genuinely scientific question: are tomato seeds still viable after being sliced, stored, and transported through the commercial good chain? So to get my answer…I spent an entire year attempting to successfully harvest my very own mickey D’s tomatoes…and honestly the result was worth the wait.
