But let's get into it. We started off making our matcha ice cream because that was gonna take the longest to prep. 00:08 They walked us through the whole thing and I think this was advertised as a couples class, but I highly recommend going with your friend because I had so much fun with Maya. This class was taste of Korea theme, so we made amazing Korean dishes including this kimchi, Soon Dubu and Kim Bob, I believe. 00:25 I thought the flow of the class was so well thought out. We were able to cook a little bit, eat a little bit, drink a little bit and then we had wine pairing for each course, which I loved. And since we were the only two in the class, they were not stingy with the glasses. 00:37 Since the class was broken up into several parts, it also gave us some time to talk and catch up and we did not feel rushed at all. Extremely honest review, everything was so delicious. 00:45 And then it was time for our main course, the beef Bulgogi and the Tteokbokki. 00:49 And of course, another wine pairing for each course. The Tteokbokki was actually so good. It was very spicy, but it was my favorite. 00:55 And then we had the beef Bulgogi, which I could realistically make this at home, so I loved that. 00:59 The matcha ice cream was the perfect finish. I had such a good time and I will definitely be back to try their other themes.
