I've been eating chia pudding every single morning for the last two-ish months. It's so good. Let me show you guys how I make it. I'm going to do four tablespoons of chia seeds. This is a great source of protein and fiber, especially when you start your morning with it. I definitely have leaned out from this. And then add the same amount of Greek yogurt. Four tablespoons of Greek yogurt. This is the one that I like to use. I like to get a lactose-free 2% yogurt. And then I'll give the dogs this. Emma, come here. We're doing one cup of milk. One cup of milk. This is my favorite milk. It's the Silk organic soy unsweetened milk. So good. Once the milk goes in, I want to give it a really good mix because the chia seeds will start kind of getting clumpy. This is optional, but I do like to add a little bit of vanilla protein powder. This one is the Truvani's plant-based vanilla protein powder, and you only want to use a little bit because I learned my lesson. If you add too much, it becomes really grainy, and then you can just taste the vanilla too strong. For some sweetness, I'm adding a little bit of honey. This will typically last me around two to three servings (or 3 small ones - more as snacks). It should look something like this. And then all you do is pop this in the fridge, and I'll show you guys what it looks like tomorrow morning.
