Chocolate ice cream, green soup and orange soup… all in the SAME bowl?! 😂🇳🇬 The Nigerian version of Pho. 🍜 Via my friend @Authentic Traveling I’m slowly learning that Nigerian food comes with absolutely no rules that I understand. They just kept adding different soups on top of each other. Green one, orange one, another red one… and then you choose your meat. It basically felt like the Nigerian version of Subway. 😂 You move along the counter, build your bowl and choose from beef, goat, fish and a whole bunch of things I couldn’t identify. But clearly this place is doing something right because there was a massive line outside. They even had a bouncer and red velvet ropes like we were entering Lagos’ hottest nightclub. 😂 For some reason they wanted me to skip the queue, but nahhh… I can wait like everyone else. Eventually I played it safe and went for the beef. Now I just need to understand what exactly I ordered. 😂🇳🇬 #nigerian #food
