15, 17, or maybe 19, and your hair is already falling out. And if you don't fix this now, you will look like this in your 20s. Honestly, nothing can be worse than that. Here's the bad news. You can't even get proper treatment from a doctor right now because most hair loss medicines are not safe if you're under 18. So even if you go to a doctor, your options are extremely limited. So what do you suppose to do in the meantime? That's exactly what today's video is about. I'll show you five things you can start doing today to help reduce hair fall and improve your hair health. And the best part is that you don't need any products. Let's start. 1. Fix Your Vitamins. The biggest thinning your hair or falling at your age is simple. Your body might be missing some important vitamins and nutrients. Your hair needs iron, zinc, biotin, and vitamin D and protein to grow properly. When your body doesn't get enough of these, it gives priority to your vital organs first. And your hair is one of the first things to suffer. You have two options. The first option is to buy a basic multivitamin from any pharmacy. Simple and effective. The second option is to make a multivitamin smoothie. Add one banana, a handful of spinach, one tablespoon of peanut butter, one tablespoon of pumpkin seeds, and one cup of milk or yogurt to a blender. Blend it all together. That's it. The smoothie is the better option because you're getting real nutrients from whole foods instead of a pill. 2. Fix Your Scalp Health. A lot of your hair loss at your age starts with an unhealthy scalp. It becomes dry, flaky, or oily. Think of it this way. Your scalp is the soil, and your hair is the plant. If the soil isn't healthy, the plant won't grow properly, no matter what you do. This is one reason doctors sometimes prescribe Minoxidil. It can help improve blood flow to the scalp. But if your hair loss is mainly caused by a dry or unhealthy scalp, don't jump straight to Minoxidil. Start by improving your scalp health first. Wash your hair only two to three times a week, not every day. Washing daily strips away the natural oils your scalp needs to stay healthy and balanced. The shampoo you use matters just as much as how often you wash. That's why I use Based Shampoo. Most shampoos contain sulfates, parabens, and harsh ingredients. Based Shampoo is made with no parabens. Based
