I'm backkkkkk First thing is, try to let luck find you. First thing is, try to expand my reach. Luck can only reach you when you're making decisions that allow it to reach you. Next one is homemade gifts. Next one is crafting and making things for the people that you love. Also baking. I find that gifting things that I have made, handmade cupcakes, cakes, a drawing, I love to hand make cards. Things that show that you have put time and effort and also allows you to take a minute to slow down and create something. It's a two birds with one stone. Next, alchemised. This book, I still think about this book. It is a fantasy book, but if you're not a fantasy reader, stick with me for a second because I wasn't a fantasy reader either. And I read Alchemised and it changed my life. It's a slow read, tricky to get into, but once you get into this book, I'm telling you, it will change your life. It changed my life and I still think about it. Next one is sunlight in morning. Next one is getting sunlight in your eyes in the morning. Now, I know this is scientifically backed. It's circadian rhythm thing. It's really good for your body to get sunlight into your eyes. It's good for your body to get sunlight into your eyes. Go on a walk in the morning, get a bit of fresh air and sunlight. It works. You literally just have to give yourself water and sunlight. Next, find your. Next one is, if you're an anxious girl, specifically finding your grounding partner. I can't express how much this has helped me. My fiance is like a rock. No joke. Me and my best friend always say that. He's like the rock emoji in my phone. He brings me peace and genuinely grounds me. Like, I can't explain it. When I am with him, it's like my nervous system goes like, whoa. Next, trust your future self. And this one is huge for me. And I have to practice this consciously all the time. Is trying to trust future me to deal with things instead of overthinking, worrying, trying to picture things happening in the future to try and deal with it. I have to go like, okay, there's nothing I can do about it right now. I have to trust future Ash under control. Worrying about it now is doing nothing but letting me go to sleep. Next, include everyone, always. Next one, and this is so sweet. And I genuinely try to do this all the time. If you're in a group setting, trying to make everyone feel heard, and included. Literally sitting there because, obviously, we all know how it feels to be left out. Making an effort to include everyone, talk to everyone. One, you don't know what new friends you're gonna make. Two, you know how good it feels to be included in something. Be the person that includes everyone. Next, do scary things. Next one is doing scary things. As someone again, who's quite anxious, I tend to avoid doing scary things. And since really on my exposure therapy game, I have realized that doing scary things is only the way you build confidence. Doing something scary, getting through it and being like, huh, did that. That's how you build self-confidence. Having the courage to try scary things will also, like I said at the beginning, expand your net for luck. Next, curious, not judgmental. Last one, and this is something that I practice all the time. I'm naturally not a very judgmental person. I literally couldn't care less. You could tell me anything and I'd be like, okay. But staying curious and not judgmental, being curious to people's opinions, the way people do things, who they are, the decisions they make, instead of going to judgment. Staying curious and wanting to know more about it, asking questions, learning about someone else, I feel like it's way more productive than being judgmental. And I think if we were all a little bit less judgmental, the world would be a better place. Anyway, these are my hot takes for today. I again, I have so many of these because I sit and I brainstorm these things before I go to sleep. So if you want more, let me know. I'm gonna go blow dry my hair before it goes curly.
