This town is 22 miles away from London, from Central London, but it's more expensive than ninety-five percent of the city. Let me explain why. A huge surge in demand for people wanting to live just outside of London, but be able to commute into the city easily. That's exactly what Beaconsfield offers. Twenty-three minutes on the train to London. London has some of the best pubs, and a really nice town center because of all this, the average house price here is 1.1 million pounds, with many houses going from 5 to 10 million. The Telegraph ranked this the third best place to live in the UK. It also has a really cool hotel.
