Zara have opened a store called Lefties. It's basically unsold stock at really low prices. You see when you walk inside a Zara store, see an item that you like, but then decide not to buy it, and then come back the next day, it will most likely be gone. But if it doesn't simply send those items off to Lefties to sell for a lot cheaper; and they currently have three locations in the UK. And it happens with other companies too, like this five-star hotel, the Raffles, is part of the same group who own budget hotel Ibis. Another example, Louis Vuitton, they sell £5,000 handbags and £8 lip balms under different names. Brands want to own all with low, and high spending power. That's why one company owns Lefties, Zara, Massimo Dutti. So if you brand, never try to serve all customers because it cheapens it. Instead, start a new company.
