watch this before A LEVEL RESULTS DAY

This is everything that you need to do before A level results day. I'm telling you this now because it's what I needed to hear. We'll get the practical stuff out of the way first. Research clearing. It doesn't matter how well you think your exams went. If you are keen to go to university this year, having a backup plan can just ease your nerves a bit. Write down course code, university clearing number. I've got a whole video on these. A little sentence why do you want to go to that university? Understand the clearing process. Again, I have made loads of videos on this. Secondly, decide beforehand. How are you going to open your results? How are you going to open your results? Define your boundaries. So I made sure that I was on my own when I opened my results. I didn't want to be around anyone. I don't like opening my results around people. I opened it when I saw that I'd gotten into my firm. I was really happy, I was relieved. I told people and then I was happy to go six form and open my results in front of others. I was not comfortable with having loads of people stood around me while I opened the results. Absolutely not. And even then, are you comfortable with having people watch you open your results? Do you want to do it at school? Do you want to open the email? How do you want to find out? Finally, have a contingency plan. Things go to plan, go out, celebrate with your friends. If you're the type of person to get bad news and not want to go out, then make sure you have a backup. What will you do if things don't go your way? I know it's not nice to think about, but I felt like having this plan really eased my nerves because I knew there was no pressure to either go out or sit in on my own. I had a backup. I was going to spend time with my parents if things didn't go my way. I was still going to celebrate all of the hard work that I put in because A levels are incredibly difficult.
