But she has _____ ok and that doesn’t justify her harassment so be quiet #peterpan #peterpangirl #disneyparks This whole situation with the Peter Pan girl at Disney is why we cannot allow one person's feelings to be more important than someone else's safety. I've also seen multiple people online claiming that, you know, well, I've personally believe that she has this mental disorder, she has this diagnosis or whatever. Though that may explain the behavior, again, that does not justify it, right? That does not make her behavior okay. I've also seen lots of people asking, you know, why doesn't the park just ban her? I don't understand, you know, if she's been at this for 10 years, you know, constantly following and stalking and, you know, basically harassing these different actors who play the Peter Pan character. Why doesn't the park just ban her? And then people were responding to the comment and being like, well, it's clearly, you know, this big interest of hers and she's really obsessed with it and that would be really horrible for her. It's like, do you think that it's fun for the employees that don't even stay more than a year or two because they can't deal with it and come in and constantly be briefed about this woman and be stressed that every second of their shift, like waiting for her to come around the corner and stick a camera in her face and force them into some ridiculous, like rambling conversation with her. Like, I'm so tired of seeing that argument. Like, well, but it would be mean. It's like, and is it nice to be constantly followed around and harassed while they're at work and they work at a theme park where they're forced to be nice to you? No. Not very nice, not very considerate. So I'm tired of seeing that argument and this applies to a lot of things, not just this situation, but the situation is really reminding me of many other things I've seen on the internet in recent years where someone's like, hey, I think that person is uncomfortable and they're being harassed and they're not having a good time and I think we should do something about it. And someone is very quick to pipe in and be like, well, but that would hurt the perpetrator's feelings. It's like, okay, so what? What's your point? What's your point?
