This bizarre situation with the Peter Pan woman is really making me think about how many videos I have seen on the internet over the years of Disney character actors getting harassed by the general public in parks. Like, if you look up right now, you look up Disney characters getting harassed, a ton of videos will come up and a lot of the victims in these videos are female employees because they're dressed as princesses or some other female Disney character. And you know, a guy will come up and, you know, be grabbing them or inappropriately touching them, whatever. I'm at the point where this is my personal opinion, okay? And I am not affiliated with Disney. I've never worked for them. I'm not honestly, like the biggest fan of them in general. I think they're okay, but I don't have any sort of special attachment to them. I do not understand why the character actors still walk around the parks. Like, I understand why it's an experience and it's cool and whatever. But if we're talking about employee safety here, that doesn't seem very safe to me. If I was in charge of it, I would want them all to be in separate rooms, you know, with security close enough to stop someone if they, you know, reached out to, you know, grab somebody inappropriately. And I'm not really talking about, you know, children hugging them. Obviously hugging is different. I see people do that, whatever. That's not the end of the world. That's not what I classify as inappropriate touching. You know, what I'm talking about? Because you've seen these videos. It's very bizarre. People are way too handsy. Um, but yeah, this whole situation is just reminding me of, like, the stuff that these poor people go through on a daily basis. They're at work. They have to remain civil and polite because they're at work. So they have to, you know, kind of like shove you away or, you know, tell you, you know, that wasn't appropriate, you need to leave, whatever. But they have to remain civil and polite because they're at work. So yeah, that seems like a nightmare.
