NORTH of I-10 PRAIRIE CAJUN, me.

Hey, when I a lot of people think of Cajun, man, they think of South of I-10 like that. But let me put that to rest. What you see back here is a prairie. The cages was here before I-10. I just gotta pop in everyone once in a while and introduce myself. Cory LeDoux, born and raised in Mamou and Eunice, like that. That's the prairie land. That's the prairie Cajuns like that. That's where most of the food and the Boudin and all the good cooking comes from, like that. You looking for the little Cajun experience like that, you always want to go to a small town. Don't go to a big city because the big cities are diluted like I said. The small towns are gonna be where it's more concentrated. The culture's stronger. That's where you go get your pure Cajun experience from. But I am the ambassador for the North of I-10, them Prairie Cajuns like that. And really all of South Louisiana.
