BREAKFAST FOR LUNCH 🥞🍓 because pancakes taste even better when they show up at lunchtime 😂 For this lunchbox, I packed Belgian Boys mini pancakes + a little syrup for dipping, sliced strawberries & chocolate milk for some extra protein. It’s basically their favorite breakfast foods turned into a fun, easy back to school lunch - I love lunches like this because they feel special without requiring a ton of work. You could easily swap in whatever your kid loves, too: yogurt, bananas, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs… whatever gets eaten! 🙌🏼 SAVE this for your next lunchbox rotation + send it to a mom who is already running out of lunch ideas!
