I'm about to put you on one of my favorite spots to eat in Manchester at the minute. So I've literally been three times. So this is Butter Bird. It's located in Ancoats Square. It's a whole restaurant dedicated to rotisserie chicken. This is our first time coming on a Sunday, so we came here for the Sunday Roast. We got this starter last time and it was incredible. So we had to get it again. It's sourdough with roast chicken butter. This was literally demolished off our plate in about 0.2 seconds. Now for the roast, you do do a chicken roast and a beef option as well. This is probably one of the best roast dinners I've had in Manchester. I normally hate chicken on the bone and get the ink from me. But this was gorgeous. We did have to order another pot of gravy though. A must try if you're in the area.
