You can use a clay pot or a regular baking tray. If you want a quick alternative, you can also use a pressure cooker! Ingredients: Meat: Diced lamb or beef Vegetables: Onions, colorful bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic (optional) Sauce: Water, 1 tbsp tomato paste, salt, black pepper, paprika, pomegranate molasses, and hot sauce (optional) Topping: Lamb tail fat slices, butter cubes, or ghee Instructions: 1. Place the ingredients in your baking tray or clay pot, pour the sauce over them, and top with lamb tail fat, butter, or ghee. 2. Cover tightly with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (bottom heat) for 1.5 hours. Bread Dough Recipe: While the oven was heating up, I prepared this bread dough (which I previously shared in the Italian pizza video): 3 cups flour 1.5 cups water 1 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp instant yeast Tip: I use a Gorenje electric oven that reaches up to 300°C, which is why the bread turns out so well—getting the oven extremely hot is key!
