HIGH-PROTEIN HOMEMADE RANCH Creamy, fresh and packed with flavor — this homemade ranch uses fat-free Greek yogurt as the base for a lighter, higher-protein spin on classic ranch. Perfect for salads, dipping, wraps, burgers and more! HIGH-PROTEIN HOMEMADE RANCH Ingredients * 1 cup Chobani Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt * 1 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning * 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed or finely minced * 1 tsp onion powder * Splash of Marukan Sweet & Tangy Rice Vinegar * Freshly ground black pepper, to taste * Salt or garlic salt, to taste (I used Fire & Smoke Society garlic salt) * Small handful fresh chives, finely chopped * Small handful fresh parsley, finely chopped * Pinch of fresh dill, finely chopped * Water, as needed to thin to desired consistency (I used about 3 tbsp) Instructions 1. Add the Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, fresh garlic, onion powder and a splash of rice vinegar to a bowl and stir until well combined. 2. Fold in the chopped chives, parsley and dill. 3. Season with black pepper and salt or garlic salt to taste. 4. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring between each addition until the ranch reaches your desired consistency. I like mine a little thinner, so I used about 3 tablespoons total. 5. Give everything one final stir and enjoy right away, or refrigerate before serving to let all those fresh herb and garlic flavors come together. Note: Feel free to adjust the fresh herbs to your taste! I like to use a good amount of chives and parsley with just a pinch of dill, but make it your own.
