I've lost 60 pounds while eating things like this. Repeat. Let me show you how to make my high protein, low calorie beef sirloin summer rolls that I'm dipping in my high protein, low fat peanut sauce. This is so flavorful and tender. To start, I'm using this Three Ladies Brand rice paper. And I know a lot of people always question how to use this or say that they have a hard time with rice paper. The only thing I can think of is if it's being soaked too long. All you want to do is make sure it's all covered in water for just a second. Take it out. It won't be really pliable at this point. It's a little bendy, but if you try to roll it right now, it would break. And then you just put it on your work surface. And by the time you have the fillings on it, it'll be ready to roll. I'm just going to start with my avocado. Look how perfect that is. I love when that happens. So I'm just spreading that out. Then adding my carrot ribbon salad. I do have the recipe for the peanut sauce on my page as well. The only thing I did different this time was add fresh mint and red cabbage. And it is so delicious. Then a few pieces of the sirloin. And then some cucumber. To roll it, I just take the sides and fold them over. And then before I roll the end that's towards me, I just kind of grab my ingredients and pull them back towards me and then start rolling, just to keep it all secure in there. And that's it. How beautiful and fresh does that look? This is going to be delicious. Cheers. Mmm. That is insanely flavorful between the carrot salad and the dipping sauce. The peanut sauce, I do have the recipe for that on my page as well. It's high protein, low fat, and so good. The sirloin in here is so delicious and tender. But I have to say, if you're making this for someone who's vegetarian or vegan, this would be just as good without the meat. All right, you guys, well, I gotta go, but I hope you try this. Let me know if you make it and follow for more. Bye.
