I dare you to live like your life is bigger than you think it is for the next 30 days and I don't mean sit around visualizing it I mean act like more things are possible for you than you're willing to admit apply for the dream job you think you're underqualified for ask the person who intimidates you to coffee go to the event where you know nobody and introduce yourself like you belong there take the shot you're going to get rejected somebody won't respond that's good because the point was never to get everything that you ask for it's to collect evidence that your fear has been lying to you because every time you survive rejection or you risk looking stupid or discover something you thought was out of reach but wasn't the boundaries of your life start moving that's what confidence actually is evidence that rejection doesn't kill you and embarrassment passes so be unreasonable for 30 days ask try risk looking stupid let reality tell you what's possible instead of deciding for it because the most dangerous limits aren't the ones that the world puts on you they're the ones you obeyed before the world ever got a chance to say yes
