Why it worked

The video uses a clear, visually driven comparison with easily digestible text to highlight a common problem (lack of gym progress) and offer a solution (science-based workouts over bro-splits), resonating with a fitness-focused audience.

Summary

The video contrasts two workout approaches: "Science-Based Workout" (Pros) and "Bro-Split Workout" (Bros). It visually presents different weekly training schedules for each, implying the science-based approach is superior for making progress in the gym.
