This week's dump and go slow cooker dinner is a creamy garlic parmesan chicken pasta. To our slow cooker, we're going to add a kilo of chicken thigh. You can use chicken breast if you like, I just prefer thigh for this recipe. I'm using antibiotic free chicken thigh from our slow cooker. One diced brown onion. Salt and pepper. Italian herbs. Crushed garlic. A little bit of that sun-dried tomato oil. Chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Two cups of chicken stock or chicken broth. 250 mils of cream. 250 grams of cream cheese. And then give it a mix. And then we're going to put our cream cheese right on the top. Lid on and then you can cook this on low for about six to seven hours or high for three to four. Once it's done cooking, we're going to take the chicken out, we're going to shred it and then we're going to mix through some spinach and some parmesan cheese. This smells unreal. Okay, my chicken is shredded and I've mixed my cream cheese through. I've pre-cooked my pasta and I'm going to put that straight in. Spinach. Some grated parmesan cheese. And then give it a really good mix. It smells so good. This is how we are looking. I'm going to shred the chicken, give it a mix and break up this cream cheese.
