To clarify: I’m not anti men/marriage, but I think a lot of women make decisions out of scarcity rather than alignment. how can we shame women for being male centered when it’s the easiest path we offer them? Navigating 20s is already difficult, but for women, we don’t always get access to the same conversations about building wealth, career, etc that are found in male spaces. Sometimes, the path of least resistance to freedom and independence is presented as marriage. And marriage isn’t a bad thing whatsoever, but too many women pick their life partner from a place of scarcity rather than clarity. #marriage #men #education #postgrad #20s
