Okay guys, I have an update. They did reply back to my email this morning. I did notice that last night when I went to show my husband the recording clip, it had been deleted from Fathom. That was the AI notetaker that they used. Um, so I'll you guys the email, but I know chat wrote it, just because I can tell. Um, so yeah, that's my update. So I'll you guys the email, but they just wanted to apologize for the awkwardness and unprofessionalism and letting me know that they handled this with professionalism and grace and understanding.
