🔥Biscoff cookie cheesecake, but make it scoopable!🔥 ________________ Cake: 1/2 box vanilla cake mix 1 egg 1/4 cup oil 1/2 cup water 8x8 inch square baking pan ➡️ bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. No-bake cheesecake: An 8 ounce bar cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon lime juice 8 Biscoff cookies 6 ounces Biscoff cookie butter, melted ➡️ mix together cream cheese and sugar on high speed until white and fluffy. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla together until stiff peaks form. ➡️ add the cream cheese mixture to the whipped cream then fold in the lime juice. ➡️ assemble. Break half the cake into large chunks and save the other half for the next layer. Add crumbled cookies over the cake then spread on half the cheesecake mixture.
