SCOOPABLE Cheesecake

I finally tried the viral scoopable cheesecake and let me tell you if you haven't tried it yet you need to. So I used yellow cake instead of traditional graham cracker crust and I created something new altogether that is absolutely amazing. By the way, this is another box cake hack! My other box cake hack has over a million views and if you love that one you will surely love this one. After you mix the cream cheese and sugar set aside. Then mix the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream. I like to squeeze in a little bit of fresh lime juice for that tart cheesecake flavor. Once your cake is fully cooled you can break it up but be sure to leave some nice chunks in there about this size. Set half of the cake pieces to the side then begin layering the cheesecake. Then add the strawberry pie filling. Add the second layer of cake. Then add the rest of the cheesecake. This tastes best cooled in the refrigerator overnight, but if you can't help it, two hours will do. This was for a potluck at work and I'm so happy I got to share it with everybody.
