I've been to criminal trials at this point that I can imagine how hard the jury is going to their eyes when they read these slack messages from Sophia Kiani and Phoebe Gates at Phia. Fraud committed by nepo babies or people who come from privilege. They have this intrinsic belief that they're smarter than everybody else that they work with. And the fraud that they're committing isn't illegal, it's just a business practice that they're the only ones smart enough thought of. The problem in this case is that there is evidence that they were told by an engineer that what they're doing is against compliance. And Phoebe Gates responds, it's super core to rev, which is like, you know, CEOs or executives when they have imposter syndrome. They love using abbreviations. She was right. I mean, once they turned after the Bloomberg article came out, their revenue dropped by 90%. If this does go to criminal trial, if I were Sophia Kiani's attorney, I would pin the whole thing on Phoebe Gates. It just seems like Sophia Kiani is not grasping how severe this is. Like they are explaining to her why this is illegal, and she's just whatever you can do, LOL. Going would be great. Allegedly, according to Reddit, people who knew, people who worked for Phia said were terrible to work for. And I have no way of independently confirming that, other than the slack messages are being leaked. Um, and there are probably people working inside of Phia, specifically these engineers, to cover their own ass because there is discussion now that, in my last TikTok video that criminal charges would not be question for this fraud for Phoebe Gates and Sophia Kiani. If you want more core room drama, I covered both the Sam Bankman Fried and Charlie Javice trial for the corporate gossip podcast. Here are my courtroom drawings that prove I was there.
