how i prep healthy meals for a festival
I just spent 2 hours making festival food and I'll show you what I made.
Pasta salad. It is high fiber pasta. Homemade pesto with basil from my garden and organic cherry tomatoes that I just got from my farm box.
Kroger's that I also got from my farm box.
Some sweet potatoes and sauerkraut.
I made chia seed pudding with protein powder, flax seed and almond milk,
sweet and spicy roasted nuts.
Here are all my breakfast sandwiches.
Put them on a barbecue to heat them up.
but they are English muffins.
They've got a Turkey Patty, an egg and some cheese.
Nutrition is so important at a festival. It is like what keeps you going and just eating potato chips will not.
So hopefully this will get me through bloom.
