another week, another episode of hot girl kitchen habits! a few things i’ve learned after doing this almost every weekend: • don’t prep for your fantasy self. prep for the version of you that’s busy, tired, and just wants something easy. • pick 3-5 staples and repeat them. you don’t need 12 different recipes every week • always prep at least one protein, one grab-and-go breakfast, one snack, and one sweet treat. easy! • leave a little room for spontaneity. not every meal has to be planned this I usually spend a couple hours between Saturday and Sunday getting a few staples ready and honestly, I make a lot of the same thing every week, chasing convenience. Healthy. Prepared, it, something. Guys, I love having baked goods to nosh on during the week, so I made some banana bread that I used, pistachios to use for this date bar that you're seeing right now, but I also wanted to crush them because I use them so much in salads and summertime, like sandwiches. So that I didn't about pistachios when I'm in a rush. Then I made a big batch of my jammy eggs. You guys know I love my jammy eggs. These are so convenient to have during the week. So I also made my breakfast burritos, which have been a hit in our household since I tried making them. And then if we're talking about convenience, nothing is more convenient or satisfying than chicken salad. So I made a big batch of chicken salad for the week. And that's really why I started hot girl kitchen habits. You, perfection, these, elaborate, about, easier, means, thinking.
