teaching and cueing teaser in a group class!!! literally JUST talked about this yesterday 👀 in yesterday’s video, I broke down one of my favorite ways to cue teaser, and then today, this happened while I was teaching a group class 🤩 watch how changing ONE cue helps him get so much more lift through his chest 🙌 if you’re working on your teaser (or teaching it!), go watch yesterday’s video for the full breakdown ✨ mo hit his teaser & haze with the most beautiful V shape in her teaser 👏 #classicalpilates #pilatesteachertraining #pilatescues #pilatestips #pilatesteaser
