A lot of people out there say that software is dead because of AI and coding models. I feel like today for the first time I actually saw the future. I saw a company who took seriously the fact that they were going to build and maintain their software in house, use MCPS, CLIs and APIs to connect internal systems with strong governance and create a wall to the outside world of third party vendors and systems. Everybody touts about this on X, on Hacker News, on Reddit, on your feed, but nobody really does it. This time being being proven to me live, real that this is a real thing.
