Let's make some soy marinated cherry Tomatoes. I made my egg and I made mayak brussels sprouts.... And I was like... for my MAYAK series? What about cherry tomatoes? Cause the soy marinade can marinate the cherry tomato.. Right? I love cherry tomatoes. If you're new here, and you don't know. Mayak means drug. A very popular recipe in Korea, is mayak eggs. Basically drug eggs. Some soy sauce. it's just a soy marinade. And you put the eggs in, and the eggs like marinate the marinade..? It's one of my favourite ways to eat eggs. And then I made brussels sprouts version. Which I finished by the way. They were SO good. Go watch that video if you haven't already ;) Now I'm gonna make mayak cherry tomatoes! H2O. It's the same marinade as the mayak eggs, but I just put other stuff in instead of the eggs!! Some honey. The Koreans knew when they made mayak eggs. and you'll literally get addicted to them. But people just call it soy marinated eggs. Some Korean red pepper flakes. it's gonna be soy marinated cherry tomatoes! Sesame seeds. Gonna add a little bit of diced onion. Some minced garlic. That much..? Never have a direct measurement. Some spring onion. green onion, scallions... Whatever you wanna call it, it's very fun to cut spring onions with scissors. I also think i'm just gonna add a little bit of hot honey. Okay, so basically that's the soy marinade of mayak recipes. And now cherry tomatoes. I'm gonna use a fork, and I'm gonna try squeeze in the cherry tomatoes. can like seep in?? You see my vision?! but I've just used a fork and poked both sides pop it in. I'm hoping that if I poke the holes, the marinade will marinate the body of the inside of the cherry tomatoes..? It's so cute. cherry tomatoes like bobbing in there.. Okay, I can't show you guys because I don't wanna spin it. But there we have my mayak soy marinated cherry tomatoes!! mayak recipes, you have to be patient. You have to let it sit, for a few hours.
