INSTRUCTIONS
1 Add the egg, milk, onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and parmesan to a bowl.
2 Include Worcestershire sauce and some ketchup.
3 Add garlic salt and any other spices you prefer.
4 Mix the ingredients together, but be careful not to overmix.
5 Divide the mixture in half.
6 Place half of the mixture in a loaf shape and create a space in the middle for the surprise filling.
7 Add cheese in the middle of the meatloaf mixture, then cover it with the remaining meat mixture.
8 Top the meatloaf with ketchup and brown sugar, and a bit of Dijon mustard.
9 Place the meatloaf in the oven to cook.

3 Add Southwest or Mexican street style frozen corn to the pan and don't touch it yet.
4 Prepare the dressing with white vinegar, mayonnaise, sour cream, and seasoning (everything but elote).
5 Add lime juice to the measuring cup of the mayo.
6 Chop and add jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, and cotija cheese to the dressing.
7 Give the mixture a toss and add tahini to make it gorge and spicy.
8 Combine everything to create a pasta salad.
