Fall chandelier earrings if you’ve been here since last year, you might remember the video I made when I first shared this design! It was my first time creating this earring using various colored beads, and ended up being one of my most popular designs from them! I don’t think I can blame you, I don’t normally keep my own earrings for myself… but this would be a pair I actually would! I am starting to pull out my fall colored beads, not full swing just yet… but getting there lol! These earring About this time last year I made my best selling chandelier earrings but I made a fall version of them using three different types of garnets. It was my first time using multiple colors in this type of earring and I normally just stick with one crystal colored bead and just make it. And you guys absolutely loved it! I think I remember making 15 or 20 remakes of this earring which was just awesome. The three different garnets that I used are green garnet, orange garnet and then your typical regular red garnet. All components of this earring are entirely handmade so they do end up being one of my most expensive designs because I don’t buy anything pre-made. Everything is literally hand forged, hammered and shaped into exactly how I want it to be made. After getting all my components ready to go, I then start hand weaving every single bead and interconnecting them together. This is the labor of love part where you put on some music or a podcast and you kind of just get lost in the repetition. Once the beads are woven, we then attach them onto our frame and then file each of those little hammered fringes. These to me feel like an encapsulation of fall. I love the color palette and I think brass really ties it all together. Once the beads are woven, we then attach them onto our frame and then file each of those little hammered fringes. So yeah, I just wanted to show you guys the process of how I make these and I hope you guys love them as much as I do. I love the color palette and I think brass really ties it all together.
