Today marks the start of a new book. So let me take you through a four-day meal of eating to build muscle and gain size. Currently, I'm weighing 62.5 kg. Let's get into it. First meal of the day, I'm having 130 grams of my favorite cereal. This comes out to about 500 calories, and it's just an easy way to hit my calorie goal, especially at the start of the day. Second meal of the day, I'm having four breakfast patties and four slices of cheese. This comes out to about 1000 calories and 50 grams of protein. I've just got back from the gym. Third meal of the day, I'm having a box of flat jacks. I know this isn't really a meal, but it's still calories, 1,200 calories. Fourth meal of the day, I'm having six mini pork pies. This comes to 1,250 calories and 30 grams of protein. And for my final meal, I'm having some leftover mince. I'm also going to cook some rice. This is going to come to about 4 to 500 calories. A lot of you guys may be watching this like, why is Jack's fit not eating whole foods or not? He is not. Is why he isn't growing. Maybe he isn't eating enough or hitting the protein or macronutrients, but none of this is the case on why he's not growing. Your muscle growth is very forgiving in terms of sleep or your diet. Obviously, having these locked accelerate the process, but that being said, none of this matters to the extent that and if you look at his training does. He doesn't have very good form. And if you look at the intensity at which at, there isn't really any slowing of contraction speed throughout his set. He just spams out, he maybe makes a few sounds going to failure, but the last rep is almost as fast as the first one. I'm tired. And us at there. Obviously, doing this, you won't be able to actually of progress. So, yeah, eating, it's the hope this helps. Hope this helps. Hope this helps.
