Hey girl! Just checking in to make sure everything's okay since you're about 10 minutes late for your appointment? Yeah I'm fine? Okay perfect! About how far away are you? Probably like 35 minutes. Unfortunately I won't be able to take you today. I only have a 15-minute grace period and we're already 10 minutes into your appointment. I'll only be like another 10 minutes though? I'm a little confused because you just said you're 35 minutes away 😅 Either way, once we're past the 15-minute grace period I won't have enough time to complete your service without affecting my next appointment. Well I already left my house, so now you've completely wasted my time. I understand the frustration and I'm more than happy to get you rescheduled. However, the booking agreement signed when scheduling states that arrivals over 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled and a fee will be charged to the card on file. I do have to follow that policy consistently for all of my clients. That's ridiculous. I didn't think you'd actually charge me just because I'm late. I'll find another esthetician I completely understand. I wish you the best and hope you find an esthetician who's a better fit for you 💜
